Joseph Buszka

Joe is the In-House Counsel and COO at Files.com, he oversees all matters relating to legal, personnel, and other operations at Files.com. He received his BS in life sciences and a BA in film from Pennsylvania State University, University Park. He then went on to receive his JD from Pennsylvania State University School of Law. Prior to Files.com, he was the legal counsel for ITV America, where he oversaw business and legal affairs for dozens of television shows. He has also co-founded an app company.
