Liz Lapierre-Florkowski

Liz Lapierre-Florkowski has over 15 years of Human Resources experience. Liz began their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Assistant at The Harvard Drug Group. In 2011, they took on the role of Human Resources Generalist at Danotek Motion Technologies, where they assisted with the implementation of an applicant tracking system. In 2012, they became a Human Resources Generalist at Acro Service Corp, where they revamped the immigration process and acted as the Benefits Administrator for over 3,000 employees. In 2017, they served as a Human Resources Consultant at People Matters, LLC. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Human Resources Director at CONTROLTEC, LLC, where they managed a department of four and provided global oversight in Italy, India, China, Germany, and Poland. Currently, they are the Global Human Resources Director at Aptiv, where they are responsible for providing leadership and support to a 250+ global software engineering team. In 2022, they will become the Human Resources Director at Files.com.

Liz Lapierre-Florkowski received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2008, having started their studies there in 2005.
