Joel Hough

Joel Hough is an experienced Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in software development and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Utah. Hough worked at Instructure, Inc. from October 2012 to April 2017, primarily focusing on the Canvas platform using Ruby on Rails. Prior to this, Hough served as a Full Stack Developer at Varian from May 2005 to August 2011, where expertise in constructing UI and motion control software for manufacturing robots was demonstrated. Hough began academic pursuits in computer science at the University of Utah while also attending Salt Lake Community College between 2008 and 2010.
