Douglas Hammon

Douglas Hammon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Douglas started their career at Total Quality Systems Software in 2004 as a Lead Software Developer, where they built a flexible web-based solution to replace the company's legacy product.

In 2010, Douglas joined Solution Stream as a Sr. Full Stack .Net Developer/Architect. Douglas helped mid- to large-size clients achieve their IT goals by architecting and executing complex software solutions. Douglas also led teams through project executions and provided guidance on code reviews and sprints.

During their time at Solution Stream, Douglas took on different roles within the Young Living organization. Douglas worked on projects such as developing a proof of concept for member contests, expanding Young Living's market into China by integrating systems with JoyMain, and building customer service and virtual office web applications.

In 2019, Douglas joined Filevine as a Senior Architect and later became the Lead Architect and Director of Platform Architecture. In their current role, they manage and leads architecture teams focused on backend architecture, front architecture, developer experience and productivity, and cloud architecture. Douglas has successfully executed solutions to horizontally scale the Filevine application, allowing for the onboarding of many more users.

Douglas Hammon completed an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Mohave Community College from 1997 to 2000. Douglas then pursued further education at Dixie State College from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Technology.
