Balázs Szendrő has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Balázs started their career in 2006 as a Software Developer at Black Hole Entertainment, where they worked on porting multiplayer and online features to the Xbox 360 LIVE platform. Balázs then joined Sparsense in 2008 as an HPC Software Developer, where they implemented a distributed data compression algorithm on a cluster of Sony Playstation 3 game consoles.

In 2009, Balázs returned to Black Hole Entertainment as a Software Developer, where they contributed to the creation of a particle engine and its corresponding particle editor for Might & Magic Heroes VI.
