Theo Heller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, digital transformation, and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Filigran since November 2024, Theo previously held the position of Lead Customer Success Manager at HarfangLab from April 2021 to November 2024. As a co-founder of Boulangerie Mayer, Theo was instrumental in creating a high-end bakery brand with multiple retail points and a robust B2B revenue stream from May 2018 to August 2020.
