Erika Ellema

Erika Ellema is an accomplished human resources professional with diverse experience in HR roles. Currently serving as an HRBP Associate at Filinvest Land Inc. since October 2022, Erika has previously contributed to Concentrix as an Associate in People Solutions from April to September 2022. Prior experience includes positions as an HR Compliance Assistant and Recruitment Assistant at Best Allied Services Integrated Company Inc. from July 2019 to March 2022, and an HR Intern at AIG from November 2018 to March 2019. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Development Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where studies were completed from 2015 to 2019.
