Joshua Sylvester

Joshua Sylvester began working as a Software Engineering Intern at Capital One in June 2019, and completed their internship in August 2019. Joshua joined the Darwin Deason Institute of Cybersecurity as a Graduate Research Assistant in April 2020. In the same year, they became the COO of Filtari in January 2020. Their current roles at Darwin Deason Institute of Cybersecurity and Filtari are ongoing.

Joshua Sylvester obtained their high school diploma at Drumright High School. Joshua then attended the Oklahoma School of Science and Math for two years, although they did not earn a degree. From 2016 to 2020, they attended Southern Methodist University where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Geology. In 2021, they completed a Master of Science in Computer Science at Southern Methodist University.
