Marc Zao-Sanders

Marc Zao-Sanders has a diverse work experience starting in 2001 as an Associate Consultant at Mars & Co. Marc went on to become a Founder and Trustee at accessprofessions.com in 2010, where they established a platform to provide aspiration-raising opportunities for students, teachers, and parents. In 2004, they became a Founding Director at Pure Potential, an organization that assists state-educated students with their student finance, UCAS forms, and career choices. Marc also served as a Founding Director at Excel with Business in 2008. Lastly, since 2013, Marc has been the Founder and CEO of filtered.com, a personalized online training platform that uses adaptive technologies to enhance productivity.

Marc Zao-Sanders attended Latymer Upper School from 1990 to 1997, where they studied various subjects. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Oxford from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Maths & Philosophy with a class of II.i. In addition to their formal education, Marc Zao-Sanders obtained a certification in "Jeff Weiner on Managing Compassionately" from LinkedIn in March 2017.
