Ayami Norton

Ayami Norton has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 15 years. Ayami is currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at FIMER S.p.A., where they support HR and payroll activities for multiple regions including the Americas, Australia, and Japan. In this role, Ayami provides guidance to leadership on best practices, oversees the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, and works to improve engagement and retention.

In addition to fulfilling HR functions, they supported international sites, collaborated with insurance brokers for benefits management, and handled communications on policy updates and company announcements.

At the start of their HR career, Ayami served as an HR Generalist at Daifuku America from 2006 to 2009. In this role, they provided HR support to over 200 employees at domestic sites, focusing on inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll. Ayami also managed employee records, facilitated onboarding and orientation, and assisted with benefit enrollment.

Ayami Norton, GPHR earned a B.B.A. degree in Management - Human Resource Management from the University of Central Oklahoma, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
