Brad Pottebaum began their work experience in 2005 as a Manufacturing/Quality Engineer Co-op at Mercury Marine, where they successfully facilitated the production of two prototype engines and oversaw quality control. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Mid-America Manufacturing as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer, where they conducted time studies and created process books for training new employees. In 2007, they joined Halliburton as a Technical Professional, Frac Engineer, overseeing and managing daily fracturing treatments. From 2011 to 2012, Brad worked at Peterson Energy Management Inc. as an Engineer/Consultant, supervising various operations and coordinating with service companies. Currently, they are employed at Discovery Natural Resources LLC, first as a Senior Completions Engineer from 2012 to 2018, then as a Completions Manager from 2018 to 2020, followed by a role as Manager, Resource Development from 2020 to 2021. Brad currently holds the positon of Reservoir Engineering Manager at Discovery Natural Resources LLC.
Brad Pottebaum attended Iowa State University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology.
