Suat Çilingir, PMP, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and positions.

Suat currently works at Fimple as the Chief Architect, a role they began in May 2022. Prior to this, they were associated with Architecht, where they held various positions. From March 2022 to May 2022, they served as the VP - Software Development Center of Excellence. Before that, they were the Chief Architect from August 2019 to May 2022. Suat also worked as a Program Manager from February 2021 to March 2022 and as a Development Chapter Manager from May 2020 to February 2021.

Before joining Architecht, Suat Çilingir was associated with Kuveyt Turk Participation Bank for a significant period. Suat served as the Digital Banking Application Development VP from April 2017 to August 2019. In this role, they managed various digital banking applications and led the digitalization of old systems. Suat also built and trained app development teams. Prior to this, they were the Head of Mobile Software Development from July 2016 to April 2017, where they managed an in-house mobile branch migration project and oversaw mobile software projects through the in-house Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). As Head of UX from March 2014 to July 2016, they contributed to enhancing user experience. Additionally, they worked as a Software Architect from September 2009 to March 2014, where they designed and implemented a business-oriented software framework for banking software using various technologies like .Net Framework, MSSQL, WPF, and Asp.

Suat Çilingir started their career at LC Waikiki as a Software Specialist, a position they held from May 2007 to September 2009.

Suat Çilingir earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Yildiz Technical University from the years 2000 to 2005. Later, in 2015 to 2017, they pursued and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gebze Technical University. In August 2014, Suat also obtained the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP).
