Fan Wen

Fan Wen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Fan is currently serving as the Principal and Director of Data Science at Fin Capital, where they invest in B2B SaaS and FinTech companies and builds data science platforms for the VC industry. In 2019, they founded Avocado, a data-driven VC deal sourcing and portfolio management platform. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Associate at Plug and Play Ventures, where they invested in fintech, health, and deep tech areas, led investments for the LatAm market, and led fundraising efforts for the company's funds. Fan also worked as an Investment Analyst at OurCrowd and as an Architect at Aedas.

Fan Wen completed a full-ride scholarship MBA program at Yale University in 2019. Prior to that, Fan earned a Master of Architecture degree from The University of Hong Kong in 2015. Fan's education journey started with a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Architecture degree from Tongji University in 2013.
