Luisa Fernanda Estrada Tangarife

Luisa Fernanda Estrada Tangarife's work experience begins in 2013 at Banco de Occidente, where they started as an Analyst in the Consumer Service System. Their responsibilities included analyzing information from PQRS databases and generating reports for action plans, as well as monitoring performance indicators and conducting service audits. Luisa Fernanda later became a Virtual Commercial Executive, focusing on deepening customer relationships and promoting the use of virtual platforms for requests. In 2017, they transitioned to a Key Account Manager role at Finaktiva, where they managed corporate portfolios, structured business deals related to payment discounts and working capital credits, and executed budgeting and customer recruitment tasks. In 2020, they took on the additional role of Business Developer at the same company.

Luisa Fernanda Estrada Tangarife completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad ICESI, where they studied from 2007 to 2014.
