Jeremy Siegel

Jeremy Siegel is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and compliance sectors. Currently, Jeremy serves as the General Counsel at Final Bell and operates as the Founder and Principal of Legal Mise, offering fractional GC services to startups across multiple sectors including AI, logistics, and CPG. As a Founding Member of HeyCounsel and an Advisor for Halal Hemp, Jeremy contributes to the professional community while also maintaining a charter membership with TechGC, a peer network for General Counsels. Previously, Jeremy held positions such as General Counsel at Feed, where Jeremy led legal and regulatory matters, and Deputy General Counsel at Eaze, overseeing compliance and legal risk. Jeremy's background includes serving as Executive Director for the California Music and Culture Association and gaining legal experience at Hinman & Carmichael LLP and singer / bea LLP. Jeremy holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Economics and International Affairs from The George Washington University.
