Rachel Hurvitz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Rachel is currently working as the Marketing Director at Final Bell since June 2023. Before that, they founded Thistle and Horn Consulting in July 2020. Rachel also served as a Lacrosse Coach at the West Seattle Lacrosse Club from March 2022 to December 2022.
Rachel's previous roles include working as the Marketing Director at the International Cannabis Bar Association from August 2020 to August 2021. Rachel also held the position of Director of Brand Marketing at GCH - Willie's Reserve from March 2016 to June 2020, where they played a crucial role in launching Willie Nelson's Cannabis brand.
Prior to that, Rachel worked as the Design & Marketing Manager at Locals 8 Restaurant Holdings from May 2011 to February 2016, where they managed various marketing initiatives and events. Rachel was also a Social Media Manager at the University of Central Lancashire in 2011, where they set up and managed social media platforms.
Rachel's earlier experiences include working as a Junior Designer at sale.com from January 2010 to February 2011, and as a Designer at bidwell ID from September 2009 to February 2010. Rachel started their career as a Graphic Artist & Super Waitress at Plan B Burger Bar & Tavern from January 2008 to January 2010.
Throughout their career, Rachel has gained expertise in marketing, brand management, event planning, social media management, and design.
Rachel Hurvitz attended Drew University from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Fine/Studio Arts, General. Rachel then went on to Central Connecticut State University from 2005 to 2008 and obtained a BA degree in Fine Arts. In 2010, Rachel pursued a MA degree in Graphic Design from the University of Central Lancashire, which they completed in 2012. Alongside their educational pursuits, Rachel also obtained a certification as a Cicerone Level 1 Certified Beer Server in June 2015.
