Gur H. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Gur'smost recent position was as the Chief Strategy Officer at Final, where they held a strategic role in the company. Prior to that, they co-founded L11 and served as the Co-Founder for three years.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Gur worked as a Financial Consultant independently or in collaboration with renowned management consulting firms. Gur played a key role in formulating and facilitating financial and business strategies, corporate development, and innovation schemes for various high-profile corporations, primarily in the financial services industry. Some of the organizations they worked with included publicly listed banks, investment funds, private equity firms, and venture capital funds.

Gur also gained valuable experience at Trigger Foresight, which was later acquired by Deloitte. During their time there, they served as a Team Leader, Project Manager, and Strategic Consultant. In these roles, Gur led numerous engagements in the financial services and high-tech industries, developing and executing strategic initiatives, including financial and business strategy schemes, corporate development, M&A, and innovation projects. Gur worked with renowned establishments such as Google Israel, Partner (Israel's largest telecom company), Psagot (Israel's largest investment house), Amitim (Israel's largest pension fund), and Bank Hapoalim (Israel's largest bank), among others. Additionally, Gur provided consultancy services to public sector entities such as The Israeli Prime Minister's Office, Ministry of Finance, and Ministry of Transportation.

Gur's professional journey began in the Israeli Air Force, where they served as an Officer for almost a decade.

Gur H. earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics & Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
