Bertrand Hellion

Bertrand Hellion is a seasoned professional in operational research and software development, currently serving as co-founder and CTO at Finalgo since September 2016. Bertrand also provides part-time CTO services to various companies, addressing software-related challenges such as software transitions and developer organization. Previous experience includes project management and software development roles at AZAP, where Bertrand led the implementation of advanced planning software, focusing on cost reduction and process automation. Bertrand holds a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Laboratoire G-SCOP, and has contributed to the field through international conferences and academic publications, including a focused study on supply chain tactics and optimization issues in the forest industry during collaborations with FORAC. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Operational Research from Université Grenoble Alpes.
