Tim McDonough

Tim McDonough has extensive work experience in the education and software industries. Tim started their career as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach and Associate Director of Admission at Salve Regina University. Tim then transitioned to Xaverian Brothers High School, where they served as the Director of Admissions. Tim joined Finalsite in 2011 and held various roles, including Customer Success Manager, Senior Client Success Manager, Director of Client Success, and Vice President of Client Success. Tim was recently promoted to the position of Chief Client Officer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client experience post-implementation. Additionally, Tim has been a Contributor at edSocialMedia. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in client success, account management, customer retention, public speaking, and software training.

Tim McDonough has a BA in Psychology from Keene State College and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern University.
