Catherine Bannister

Catherine Bannister is a legal professional with extensive experience in finance and fiduciary services. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at Finance Incorporated Limited since October 2021, Catherine also holds the position of Director at Dominion Fiduciary since July 2013. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Ernst & Young - Malta from May 2011 to June 2013 and an associate position at Simon Tortell and Associates from 2009 to 2011. Catherine Bannister holds a Doctor of Laws (LL.D) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Midwifery, both from the University of Malta.
