Shannon Reid

Shannon Reid is a seasoned professional in financial crime prevention with extensive experience in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CFT). Currently serving as the Financial Crime Effectiveness Lead at the Isle of Man Government's AML/CFT Policy Office since November 2019, Shannon collaborates with various departments to ensure compliance with international standards and enhance the effectiveness of the Island's AML/CFT framework according to the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Methodology. Prior to this role, Shannon held multiple positions at Utmost Wealth Solutions, including AML/CFT Policy Manager and Governance Risk & Compliance Technician. Shannon's career began after completing education at Ballakermeen High School in 2011.
