James Gallagher

James Gallagher is a seasoned business development professional with over three decades of experience in the financial and residential property sectors. Since October 2014, James has served as the Business Development Director at Finance of America Commercial. Additionally, James has been the Senior Vice President at JLG Homes since December 2013, focusing on residential property investments and consulting. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors and Executive Vice President at Nationstar Mortgage, where responsibilities included overseeing the Strategic Alliance and Purchase Division as well as the Retail Branch Division. James began a career in finance as Vice President at Ford Consumer Finance from 1989 to 1997. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Miami University, completed in 1988.
