Jill Portilla is an experienced finance professional with a solid background in borrower engagement and loan management. Currently serving as Vice President of Borrower Engagement and HomeSafe Concierge Manager at Finance of America since September 2016, Jill has demonstrated expertise in enhancing client relationships and overseeing lending processes.
