Shaeleen Martin

Shaeleen Martin is an experienced industrial relations professional currently serving as an Industrial Relations Organiser at the Financial Services Union since March 2024, and as a Union Organiser with the Finance Sector Union of Australia since May 2022, where a focus on innovative campaigning is essential. Previously, Shaeleen worked as a WHS Organiser at the Young Workers Hub from October 2020 to May 2022, leading initiatives to enhance workplace health and safety for young workers. Prior to this, Shaeleen spent a decade as Cabin Crew for Qantas. Shaeleen is pursuing a Bachelor of Justice, Policy and Governance at Queensland University of Technology, expected to be completed in June 2025.
