Dmitry Tikhomirov

Dmitry Tikhomirov is a seasoned academic and finance professional with extensive experience in higher education and corporate finance. Since September 2015, Dmitry has been a Professor and Associate Professor at the National Research University — Higher School of Economics. Concurrently, Dmitry serves as Managing Director in the Division for Raw Materials Processing and Ecology at Vnesheconombank since December 2013. Dmitry's academic roles also include Researcher and Scientific Director of the master program in Corporate Finance at St. Petersburg State University of Economics since November 2009, Associate Professor at the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation, and Guest Lecturer at MGIMO-University and Moscow State University. Prior experience includes managerial and auditing positions at KPMG and a Senior Lecturer role at Saint Petersburg State University for Economics and Finance. Dmitry holds a PhD in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics, where education was completed between 2000 and 2009.
