Darek Deszczynski

Darek Deszczynski has over 10 years of work experience in various data engineering and software development roles. Darek currently holds the position of Lead Data Engineer at Financeit since May 2021, after serving as a Senior Data Engineer from March 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, Darek worked at eyeReturn Marketing for 8 years, where they held the role of Director of Analytics Platform. In this role, they focused on building distributed applications, orchestrating ETLs, and managing complex data sets. Darek also played a key role in hiring and coaching a team of developers. Additionally, Darek worked as a Front-end Developer at Givebuttons.com and as a Data Realization Specialist and Software Developer at Bell Mobility.

Darek Deszczynski obtained a BSc degree in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Toronto - Woodsworth College between 2006 and 2011.
