Sandy Richardson

Sandy Richardson has extensive work experience in strategy and project management. They started their career as a Manager at The Canada Life Assurance Company, where they held various roles, including Director of Strategic Planning and Business Excellence Consultant. They then moved on to Barrick Gold Corp., where they served as a Manager of Business Performance Management. Sandy also worked as the President and CEO of Strategy Focused Business Solutions Inc. and its division, Collaborative Strategy. They founded StrategyShare and The Squeeze the Lemon Project, and served as the President and CEO of these organizations. Sandy also worked as a Guest Instructor in the MBET Program at the Conrad Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology Centre. Currently, Sandy is employed at Financial Horizons as the Executive Vice President of Business Outcomes.

Sandy Richardson completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Honours Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo between 1980 and 1984. Following this, Sandy pursued a Master of Education degree in Counselling Psychology from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, which was achieved from 1993 to 1995.
