Ellen Schneider

Ellen Schneider has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Ellen currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Financial Recovery Services, where they have been serving since July 2021. Prior to that, they were appointed as the Acting Human Resources Director at the same company from September 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining Financial Recovery Services, Ellen had their own consultancy as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Trainer since June 2012.

Ellen has also held significant roles in other organizations, such as Prairie Senior Cottages, LLC, where they served as the VP of Employee and Organizational Development from January 2019 to September 2019; Financial Recovery Services, where they were the Human Resources Director from June 2014 to January 2019; Ecumen, where they worked as a Regional Human Resources Business Consultant from March 2005 to May 2012; RMS, where they held the position of Director of Corporate Development from January 2002 to February 2005; RMA aka ABI, where they served as a Regional Human Resources Manager from June 1997 to September 2001; and Linden Center aka Dakota Mental Health Center, where they worked as the Personnel Director from April 1989 to May 1997.

Ellen Schneider obtained their Bachelor's degree in English from St. Cloud State University from 1980 to 1986. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma in General Studies from Farmington High School. In 2013, Ellen also obtained a certification as a VIRTUS Trainer/Facilitator from the Archdiocese of St Paul and Minneapolis.
