Sarah Essel has a diverse professional background in risk management and corporate governance, with significant experience at Fidelity Bank Ghana, where roles included Assistant Company Secretary and Risk Analyst. In the capacity of Assistant Company Secretary, Sarah managed interactions between shareholders, the board, and management. Previously, as a Risk Analyst, Sarah developed a comprehensive Risk Management Framework and implemented robust risk control measures. Earlier experience includes roles at ProCredit Ghana as a General Risk Specialist and Operational Risk Officer at Ghana Private Sector Development Facility. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration, complemented by certifications in Risk Management from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and a First Degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Ghana.
