Caroline Geraldo

Caroline Geraldo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Caroline is currently working as the Chief Product Officer at Finansystech since March 2023. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Yourdev as a Lead Product Manager from November 2022 to March 2023. Caroline also held the position of Product Manager Products at your/dev. from January 2021 to December 2022.

Caroline has also worked as a Junior Project Manager at YourDev from July 2020 to January 2021. Before that, they gained valuable experience as a Technical Consultant at Tecno CPM Industrial Refrigeration in May 2019, where they were responsible for process improvement, customer service, and sales support.

In 2017, Caroline embarked on their entrepreneurial journey as the founder of CG Estetika. Prior to that, they worked at Stone Pagamentos as a Logistics Analyst from August 2016 to July 2017. This role involved software analysis, leadership, and performance improvement in the logistics department. Caroline also briefly served as a Customer Relationship Analyst during this time.

Before joining Stone Pagamentos, Caroline worked at NET Oficial, where they held various roles such as Commercial Assistant from December 2015 to August 2016 and Technical Monitor from September 2014 to December 2015.

Caroline Geraldo's education history is as follows:

Caroline completed their undergraduate degree in Production Engineering at Universidade Candido Mendes in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a technical diploma in Industrial Automation Technology from Escola Técnica Sandra Silva in 2015. In 2014, they completed a program in Electrical Maintenance from SENAI RJ, specializing in Building and Residential Electrician. In 2008, they received training as an Esthetician from Senac RJ.

Caroline has also pursued additional certifications. In May 2021, they completed a course in Public Speaking and Presentation Techniques from Grupo Voitto.

Currently, Caroline is furthering their education by pursuing a postgraduate specialization in Quality, Testing, and Software Development with Agile Methodologies from UNIMAIS - Faculdade Educamais, which they started in 2021. Additionally, they enrolled in a course on Engineering Software, also from UNIMAIS - Faculdade Educamais, in the same year.

In 2022, Caroline plans to attend the Tera program, where they will receive a certification in Digital Product Leadership, with a focus on Product Management.
