Diogo Kulaif has over 20 years of work experience. Diogo began their career in 2000 as an Analista Programador at DTS Consulting. In 2002, they became a Líder de Projetos at DEDIC-GPTI. In 2004, they were hired as a Gerente de Projetos at Capgemini. In 2007, they became Sócio Diretor at Do Right. In 2011, they took the role of Sócio Diretor - Diretor de Vendas at DR5 It Solutions. In 2012, they became a Principal System Architect at Coinfo Informática Ltda. In 2014, they were hired as Solutions Manager - Latin America & Caribbean and CALA Manager System Engineer - Pre Sales at Progress. In 2019, they became the CEO at Smartfylabs. In 2017, they were hired as CEO and Director Of Corporate Sales at AdviseU. Most recently, in 2021, they were hired as CIO & Co-Founder and CTO & Co-Founder at Finansystech.

Diogo Kulaif received a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 1999 to 2001. Diogo then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration in Business and Technology Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 2006 to 2007.
