Elen Carvalho

Elen Carvalho has a diverse work experience. Elen has been working in the tech industry since 2019, when they began as a Full Stack Developer at FinanZero. In this role, they were responsible for developing frontend in React with Typescript or Javascript, backend in Nodejs or Golang, and connecting with MongoDb, MySQL, Datastudio, and AWS services. Elen also served as an Analyst of Tests, performing queries in CloudWatch, MongoDb, API tests with Insomnia, and functional tests with both Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Care Analyst, managing relationships between clients and partners, answering questions about contracts, interest rates, payment methods, deadlines, and documentation for personal loans. Before joining FinanZero, Elen worked at Drogaria São Paulo from 2014 to 2019 as an Operator of Post-sales, where they were responsible for customer service via telephone, chat, and email, answering questions, solving complaints, making exchanges, analyzing fraud for payment with check and credit card, analyzing delivery addresses, and monitoring deliveries, cancellations, and refunds. Elen also provided customer service on social networks, SAC, and Reclame Aqui.

Elen Carvalho has a varied educational background. From 2012 to 2013, they completed a Technical degree in Administration of Companies at Etec professor Aprígio Gonzaga extensão Céu quinta do sol. From 2014 to 2016, they completed a Graduation degree in Management of Human Resources at Universidade Paulista. From 2018 to 2019, they completed a Technical degree in Technology of Information at ETEC Prof. Aprígio Gonzaga. From 2019 to 2019, they completed a Technical degree in Development of System at ETEC Prof. Aprígio Gonzaga. Lastly, they are currently enrolled in a Graduation degree in Analysis and Development of Systems at Fatec Zona Leste, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
