Ayushi Bhati

Ayushi Bhati has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as an Operations Specialist at Finaxar since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Paytm from December 2016 to January 2020 as a Senior Associate, where they performed risk assessments, identified potential risk factors, and handled documentation and verification of clients. In 2015, they interned at Minda Corporation, where they analyzed exit interview feedback and contributed to employee retention efforts. Ayushi also had internships at Anmol Biscuits Pvt. Ltd, Moser Baer India Ltd, and Oil Industry Development Board in 2014 and 2013, respectively.

Ayushi Bhati completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations Management and Human Resource Management from Gautam Buddha University between 2011 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Intermediate degree in Commerce with Mathematics from Delhi Public School from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Ayushi also obtained certifications in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Udemy in October 2020, and in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google in May 2020.
