Ricardo de Alfonso

Ricardo de Alfonso is an experienced professional with a strong background in IT demand planning, delivery management, and project engineering within various industries. Currently serving as Implementation & Delivery Manager at Finboot since May 2022, Ricardo is responsible for integrating the MARCO platform for new clients. Prior roles at SEAT included IT Demand Planning & Delivery Manager, where responsibilities included analyzing the IT portfolio demand and enhancing project prioritization. Additional experience includes project management in financial sectors, automation projects for the space industry at GTD, and industrial washing machine design at Dürr Ecoclean GmbH. Ricardo holds multiple business and engineering degrees, including an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and a degree in Engineering from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
