Max H. has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles.

Starting in 2010, Max H. worked as a Pensions Administrator at Legal & General, where they were responsible for validating pension data and calculations. They also performed data manipulation and checked spreadsheets and Excel formulas.

In 2012, Max H. moved on to become a Platform Analyst at Legal & General, working on the IPS Finance De Dupe project team. They received praise for their accuracy and attention to detail in vetting client portfolios.

Most recently, Max H. joined BibliU in 2020 as a Content Operations Representative before transitioning to the role of Junior Software Engineer in 2021. In 2022, they joined FINBOURNE Technology as an Engineer - DevOps.

Max H. began their education at Cardinal Newman Catholic School Hove, where they completed their GCSEs and As/A Levels between 2002 and 2010. Max then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with Mathematics at UCL from 2010 to 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, Max H. attended the University of Oxford from 2014 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Theoretical and Computational Chemistry. Max H. continued their education at the University of Oxford from 2015 to 2020, completing their DPhil. with a specialization in Theoretical Chemistry.
