Turinawe Milton Francis

Turinawe Milton Francis has extensive experience in engineering and project management, with a career spanning over a decade. At Alistan Engineering Limited from February 2017 to August 2021, Turinawe served as a Project and Maintenance Engineer, focusing on cost engineering, project coordination, and quality management. Prior to this role, Turinawe worked at Egy Trading and Engineering Projects Ltd as a Projects Quantity Surveyor and Site Manager, where responsibilities included preparing bills of quantities and site measurements. Turinawe began professional development as a trainee at Buildcost Associates, honing skills in quantity surveying. Currently, Turinawe holds the position of Procurement & Administration Manager at FINCA Uganda Limited since April 2019, overseeing civil engineering and cost engineering matters while ensuring business continuity across all branches.
