Arka Das

Arka Das has work experience in various roles and companies. Arka started their career in 2017 as a Researcher at the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore, where they worked on database management systems and outlier classification. In 2017, they also worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at SensoVision Systems, where they developed robust software for PAN card segmentation, detecting faults in screws, and reading serial numbers from CDs. Currently, they are an Associate Quantitative Developer at FINCAD, starting in September 2019.

Arka Das completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Vellore Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017. Arka then pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Augmented and Virtual Reality, at Trinity College Dublin from 2018 to 2019. Prior to their tertiary education, Arka attended Garden High School from 2001 to 2013, where they focused on Pure Science. Additionally, they obtained a German A1 level Certification from Vellore Institute of Technology, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
