Franco Rozzi

Franco Rozzi has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Franco began their career at Fincantieri in 1998 as an HR Manager JR. Franco then moved on to Leonardo Helicopter Division in 2004, where they worked as an HR Manager and later became the Head of Trade unions relations - Industrial relations. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Senior HR Business partner for Components Centres of Excellence & W-W industrial presences. In 2016, they took on the role of Senior HR Business partner for Marketing & Sales, Product & Programs, and Business Support Functions. In 2017, they returned to Fincantieri as the Head of the HR department at Genova Sestri Shipyard. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Industrial Relations at Fincantieri.

From 1992 to 1998, Franco Rozzi attended Università degli Studi di Genova, where they studied Scienze Politiche.
