Keith Townsend

Keith Townsend has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently, they serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Finch AI, where they are in charge of HR operations. Keith Townsend, SHRM-SCP, CAPM, ACP, holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Boston University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. Keith furthered their education at the Manhattan School of Music, where they earned a Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from 2004 to 2006. Prior to their college education, Keith graduated with a High School Diploma from Marist School in 2000. In addition to their formal education, Keith has obtained various certifications, including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2020, the ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile in 2015, and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in 2012.
