Carlton Finch

Carlton Finch, PE, is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Principal at Finch & Associates since September 2021, Carlton was instrumental in the merger of Finch Engineering, PLLC, where tenure lasted from May 2018 to September 2021, with GF|BA to establish the current firm. Prior to this, Carlton held the position of Senior Engineer at Morrison Engineers PLLC from July 2009 to May 2018 and gained early experience as an intern at URS Corporation and ECS Limited. Carlton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University between 2004 and 2009.
