Kenechi Onyedum

Kenechi Onyedum is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as Head of Merchant Success at Fincra since December 2022. In this role, Kenechi leads the development of a high-performing Success team, establishing strategic plans and processes for implementation and customer journey engagements. Prior to Fincra, Kenechi held the position of Senior Technical Account Manager, ensuring effective resolution of technical challenges for managed merchants. Experience encompasses roles at Quidax as Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Associate, and at First Marketing Agency as Client Services Administrator. Earlier career phases included positions at Stanbic IBTC Bank and Etisalat Nigeria, focusing on customer service and support. Kenechi holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Lagos Business School, a Master of Science in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos, and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
