Kent Odland

Kent Odland is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience leading teams and driving strategic direction in various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Product at findhelp since June 2022, Kent focuses on building a social care network to connect individuals with essential assistance programs. Prior to this role, Kent co-founded karmaPond and held key positions including Senior Product Manager at FreeWill and Blackbaud, where responsibilities included overseeing nonprofit product portfolios and unifying multi-product offerings. With a background in SaaS and business intelligence, Kent's expertise spans analytics, product positioning, and market strategy, supported by a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
