Laurence Lloyd

Laurence Lloyd is an experienced Learning and Development Manager currently leading the L&D team at findhelp, where responsibilities include defining and executing the L&D strategy. Previously, Laurence worked as a Senior Consultant at Inspired Intellect, focusing on designing training content for Fortune 500 companies, conducting learning gap analyses, and managing large change initiatives. Laurence has also served as Director of Learning Development at ADEPTCentral, overseeing training strategies and developing multimedia learning solutions. Early career positions include Assistant Director of the Global EDGE Tech Prep Consortium at Collin County Community College, where Laurence managed a significant Tech Prep program, and various roles that established a strong foundation in educational support and outreach. Laurence holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University.
