Erine Gray has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Erine started their career in 1994 at Southwestern Company, where they recruited and managed a team of salespeople during summer breaks. Erine consistently exceeded sales figures during their tenure.
In 2000, Erine worked as a Developer at Lante (Dell Computer), contributing to various software development projects. Erine then joined the City of Austin, TX in 2005 as a Project Manager, overseeing the popular employee wellness program and successfully implementing an enterprise software deployment project.
Erine's next role was at MAXIMUS, where they served as a Director from 2006 to 2010. Erine delivered numerous software and operational improvement projects, saving the Texas Health and Human Services Commission millions of dollars annually. Erine was recognized with the CEO Excellence Award in 2009 for their contributions.
Since 2010, Erine has been the Founder of findhelp (formerly Aunt Bertha), a leading search and referral platform in the United States. The platform is widely used by health plans, hospital systems, foundations, governments, and community-based organizations.
Throughout their career, Erine has gained extensive experience in project management, policy analysis, enterprise software development, implementation, business analytics, data warehouse design, and cross-functional project management.
Erine Gray earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington, from 1998 until 2000. Later, from 2002 to 2004, Erine attended and completed a Master of Public Affairs degree at The LBJ School of Public Affairs, focusing on Public Affairs.
