Jacob Frias

Jacob Frias has a diverse work experience. Jacob started in 2015 as a Marketing Intern at Southern Marine Clothing LLC, where they helped promote the company locally through social media and pop-up shops. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Billing Specialist at Florida Medical Claims. In 2017, they became a Management Trainee at FRANCORP LLC. Jacob then joined Mainstay in 2018 as a Partner Operations Intern, where they gained experience in partner operations. Currently, Jacob works at findhelp as a Data Operations Analyst, responsible for managing program data, providing user support, and developing customized reports for customers using various tools.

Jacob Frias attended Questrom School of Business, Boston University from 2016 to 2020, where they studied Management Information Systems and Strategy & Innovation. During the same period, they also attended Boston University.

In terms of additional certifications, Jacob obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in December 2019. In 2020, they completed the Tableau Software Desktop I: Fundamentals course in March and the Tableau Software Desktop II: Intermediate course in May. In 2021, they obtained the Agile Foundations certification from LinkedIn and the Project Management Simplified certification, also from LinkedIn. In 2022, they completed the Learn SQL Course from Codecademy in August and The Complete SQL Bootcamp 2022: Go from Zero to Hero course from Udemy in September. In 2023, they obtained several certifications, including Jira Service Management Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in February, PostgreSQL: Advanced Queries from LinkedIn in February, Excel: Managing and Analyzing Data from LinkedIn in January, Learning Excel: Data Analysis from LinkedIn in January, and PostgreSQL Essential Training from LinkedIn in January.
