Stefan van der Knaap

Stefan van der Knaap has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stefan began their career in 2005 as a Verkoper van bordspellen at De Spellenwinckel, where they worked until 2010. From 2009 to 2013, they were the owner of Games for Gift. In 2010, they took on the role of Funeral Care & Coffin Carrying at Ferentes until 2013. Stefan then joined Calco as a MasterClass Professional (Trainee) from 2013 to 2015.

In 2012, Stefan served as a Stagiair Transitieconsultant at Alliander, providing advice and guidance to management teams on leadership development and fostering collaboration. Stefan then worked as an Account manager at Crystal Impressions from 2011 to 2012.

From 2013 to 2018, Stefan held various roles at Nationale-Nederlanden, including IT Lead chatbots & conversational interfaces and Lead Analyst CRM. Stefan also worked as a Salesforce.com Analyst / DevOps during this time.

Since 2019, Stefan has been working at FinDock, initially as a Product Enablement Manager, then as a Product Manager, and later as a Lead Product Manager. Currently, they hold the position of VP Product & Engineering, where they oversee FinDock's Payment Management platform, enabling companies to process payments directly from customer profiles.

Stefan van der Knaap's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree from the University of Utrecht, which they obtained from 2007 to 2011. Stefan then pursued a Master's degree in Arbeid en organisatie psychologie at Utrecht University from 2012 to 2013.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Stefan has earned several certifications. In 2013, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. Following that, in 2014, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG-International. Stefan's Salesforce certifications include the Salesforce Certified Administrator, which they achieved in 2016, the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant in 2016, the Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant in 2017, and the Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Certification in 2018.
