Tony Shepherd

Tony Shepherd has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Tony started their career at UW Health as a Construction Intern from May 2014 to May 2015. Following that, they joined J.H. Findorff & Son Inc. as a Project Engineer Co-op from June 2015 to September 2016, where they provided project coordination and support, including project scheduling assistance, quality assurance walks, and updating plans and specifications.

In 2017, Tony joined Findorff as a Project Engineer, where they worked until September 2020. During this time, they gained valuable experience in managing projects and coordinating with subcontractors. Then, they were promoted to Assistant Project Manager at Findorff from September 2020 to May 2022, before transitioning to their current role as a Project Manager starting in May 2022.

Tony Shepherd obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Tony also obtained certifications in Supervisory Training Program from the Associated General Contractors of America in June 2019 and in OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health Training from OSHA in October 2017.
