Yuichiro "Philip" Yamada

Yuichiro "Philip" Yamada began their career in 2007 as a Planning and Accounting Department employee at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. In 2009, they joined The Boston Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant. In 2010, they moved to RareJob, Inc. as Executive Officer and Business Development Department Head. In 2016, they became the CEO of Findy Inc., where they focused on increasing tech-driven business development. Specifically, they worked to bridge the gap between people (i.e. tech professionals) and organizations by using high-level algorithms and creating mutual understanding. The services they developed included Findy (a tech professional recruitment platform) and Findy Freelance (a recruitment platform for freelance engineers).

Yuichiro "Philip" Yamada obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Doshisha University between 2003 and 2007.
