Ashley (Grabill) Young is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in impact marketing, philanthropy, and brand strategy. Currently serving as Head of Impact Marketing Communications at Salesforce since April 2020, Ashley directs communication strategies related to sustainability, philanthropy, and ESG initiatives while managing executive communications for the Chief Impact Officer. Previous roles include leading philanthropy communications at the same company and serving as Vice President at FACTORY PR, where Ashley focused on technology and innovation. Ashley also operates Fine Line, a curated clean beauty brand, and works as a comms consultant and startup advisor. With a strong foundation in marketing communications gained from positions at Samasource, Brandless, and Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Ashley holds a BA in Apparel Merchandising and an AAS in Advertising & Marketing Communications.
