Jessica Rakes

Jessica has been a certified project manager for the past 13 years and has worked in software development for 12 of those years. She is experienced in evaluating complex problems to identify effective solutions. She possesses the ability to conduct detailed analyses, deliver complicated projects on-time and on-budget, manage multiple initiatives concurrently, identify priorities and plan strategically. She is able to develop these skills in others as well. Jessica excels at facilitating conversations between business and technical groups so they can partner in shared objectives. She can share feedback with direct reports, colleagues and clients in a productive, non-threatening manner that generates positive momentum and performance improvement.

Jessica graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Liberal Arts degree in English.
